Before Denise was walking job sites or advising investors, she began her career in banking and customer service. These early roles shaped her commitment to clear communication, financial transparency, and truly understanding clients’ needs.

Working in banking taught Denise how lenders evaluate risk, what financial obstacles borrowers face, and how crucial it is to have someone willing to guide clients through unfamiliar processes.  Customer service taught her empathy, patience, and the value of solutions that put people first.

Eventually, Denise moved from the banking counter to the construction world, becoming a renovation contractor and project manager. She learned the realities of budgeting, timelines, materials, and site management—and she saw firsthand how often good deals fall apart because the funding didn’t align with the investor’s vision.

She met investors who were skilled but overlooked.  Contractors who had the talent but not the capital.  Buyers who needed guidance, not judgment.

Denise stepped into that gap.

What began as helping a few colleagues secure financing became a mission: to help investors access the capital and guidance traditional lending often fails to provide.
